Trustcruit specialises in survey tools and business analytics designed for Talent Acquisition and HR teams to gauge and benchmark candidate and employee experiences.

In today’s candidate-driven market, the recruitment process can make or break a candidate’s decision to join a company. With this acquisition, employers can use direct feedback from candidates and employees to make data-informed decisions and improve their hiring processes. This means faster hires and higher job acceptance rates.

Since starting in 2016, Trustcruit has collected over 25 million responses from more than 3 million candidates. This data has helped over 200 companies in the Nordics, Asia, and America set internal goals, benchmark their data to industry standards, and turn recruitment into a competitive edge.

This acquisition strengthens our relationship and provides even more value for shared customers and employers eager to improve their candidate experience.
